One of the minor benefits of homeschooling is getting to go to the apple orchard on a Wednesday morning when there is almost no one else there. We had a great time feeding the animals, having cider and doughnuts, and just running around in the lovely orchard. Something we could not have let the 2-year-olds do on a Saturday morning. Just another reason to love fall!
